Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679

The European Regulation and the Council 2016/679 on privacy prescribes a series of rights in favor of the interested parties; As you are interested in the processing carried out at our company, you have the right to be informed about the characteristics of the processing of your data and the rights that the law recognizes.
To fulfill this obligation, pursuant to art. 13, BOSIO FASHION S.R.L., as Data Controller, inform you about:


A) PURPOSE AND METHOD OF TREATMENT TO WHICH THE DATA ARE INTENDED
The processing of personal data (name, surname, email, etc.), even details, provided by you directly is finalized :
1. the execution of the personalized marketing service offered;
2. respond to any of your needs or requests for services / products;
3. the fulfillment of legal obligations related to civil, fiscal and accounting provisions (administrative purposes);
4. for the execution of the rights of the Data Controller, for example, the defense in court.
The processing will take place in compliance with the principles of necessity and relevance, lawfulness and correctness provided for by the relevant legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679) in the ways and within the limits necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes.
The data will be processed using paper and electronic tools suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality, it can also be carried out using tools designed to store, manage and transmit the data. < / p>

B) DUTY OF CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF ANY REFUSAL
The provision of personal data is mandatory to fulfill the purposes referred to in the previous points, or to fulfill the proposed market service; failure to consent will make it impossible to provide you with the descending and proposed service. Failure to consent will therefore not allow the Data Controller to process your data for the purpose of personalized marketing.

C) SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION OF DATA
The data, as part of the activity of our company, may be disclosed:
1. to Lawyers for legal assistance in the event of disputes on the contract;
2. to agents;
3. to consulting firms, professionals and entities operating for the company in various sectors;
4. to other entities / institutes / companies / professionals appointed for the purposes connected and functional to the assignment;
5. to our suppliers to fulfill the services offered.
The data processing can be carried out by Managers identified by means of specific written letters of appointment, whose names are available at our company or are to be requested from our Data Controller .

D) TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
Your personal data will not be transferred abroad.

E) RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested parties have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the sole limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR). These rights can be exercised through the same contacts listed in the following point F)

Interested parties may submit complaints to the Company whenever they deem it necessary, using the contacts listed below:

I) EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS, INCLUDING THE PROFILING REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 22
The Data Controller does not carry out treatments consisting of automated decision-making on the data processed.
